The Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of making a meaningful difference for our residents. You will provide high-quality personal, social, and emotional care while supporting independence and nurturing meaningful relationships across the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific individual needs.

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from everyday companionship to personal care.

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to support nurses or senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting any health or behavioral changes.

• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents' families, friends, and visiting healthcare professionals.

• Utilize innovative digital care systems to make daily workflows smoother and focus more time on direct resident care.
