Role Overview
Position: Night Support Worker
Location: Hayward Care Centre, Corn Croft Lane, Devizes, SN10 2FR
Pay Rate: £14.17 per hour (Higher weekend pay rates available)
Contract Type: Permanent, 36 hours per week (includes alternate working weekends)
Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

What You Will Be Doing
Maintaining a wakeful watch over the security, safety, and comfort of residents and the home throughout the night.
Supporting residents with personal care needs and providing meaningful companionship and reassurance.
Carrying out light household duties to ensure rooms are kept clean and tidy, involving residents wherever appropriate.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Qualifications: Ideally holding, or working towards, a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with previous experience in elderly care.
Key Traits: Compassionate, excellent communication skills, a can-do approach, and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
