Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient assistance to every customer.

• Stock Replenishment: Stock shelves quickly and present products to ensure high store standards.

• Quality Assurance: Check deliveries and product quality, removing any items that don’t meet Aldi's standards.

Skills & Experience

• People-Focused: Friendly, approachable, and ready to support both customers and your team.

• Fast-Paced: Comfortable replenishing stock at pace to ensure optimal availability for customers.

• Adaptable: Reliable and flexible with a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.

• Experience: Retail experience is a plus, but not essential—attitude matters most!
