Salary: £44,856.50 to £50,881 p.a. + £5,100 Car Allowance & On-Call Allowance
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week (Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:00, Friday 09:00 – 16:30, with required flexibility)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Five Rivers Child Care Ltd to recruit a dynamic and visionary Fostering Team Manager for our Doncaster North Team. Part of our established Five Rivers North service, this role covers a wide and vibrant geographical area including Leeds, Bradford, York, North Yorkshire, East Riding, Hull, and North Lincolnshire.

While based out of our Doncaster office, the role offers flexible home-working options (subject to agreement with the Service Manager) alongside necessary regional travel to attend carer connection groups, training, and managers' meetings.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the Doncaster North Fostering Team, setting high standards of practice and operational excellence.
Carer Support: Oversee foster carer recruitment, support, and development, ensuring a nurturing network across the region.
Multi-Disciplinary Integration: Collaborate closely with our integrated clinical, education, and residential services, benefiting from individual and group clinical reflective spaces provided by a qualified psychologist/clinician.
Systems & Governance: Utilize our paperless electronic recording and management system (CHARMs) and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications & Registration: A formal social work qualification and current registration with Social Work England. (A management or leadership qualification is required, or a willingness to undertake training for it.)
Experience: Proven experience working within the fostering sector or with children and young people in social care.
Mobility & Compliance: A valid UK driving licence and the Right to Work in the UK.

Financial Package: Generous salary of £44,856.50 to £50,881 p.a. complemented by a £5,100 Car Allowance, On-Call Allowance, and a company pension scheme.
