Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team.

In this 1:1 community-based role, you will help them take part in meaningful activities, stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and grow in confidence. Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 15:00 shifts

What You Will Do
Support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, dressing, and toileting
Prepare safe, nutritious meals in line with dietary needs
Accompany and support the individual out in the community to clubs, activities, appointments, and volunteering roles
Provide reassurance, structure, routine, and positive engagement throughout the day
Monitor safety and wellbeing while keeping accurate daily notes and reporting any concerns promptly
What We Are Looking For
A calm, patient, observant, and reassuring presence who can build trust over time
Ability to follow clear routines and care plans in detail
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities is desirable, but full training is provided
A full, clear driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for community-based travel)
Minimum right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
