About this role
As a Registered Nurse (Bank), you will step into shift leadership duties on a flexible basis, overseeing medication administration via the PCS system and coordinating care delivery. Working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams, you will uphold clinical governance, safeguarding standards, and resident safety.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Nurse in Charge on bank shifts, managing medication administration via PCS, shift planning, and resident care plans.
Execute clinical procedures including syringe driver operation, catheterization, blood sampling, peg feeding, and stoma management.
Deliver tailored clinical support for residents with complex care needs and dementia while upholding the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.
Requirements
Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC with a valid UK NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
Essential previous nursing home experience, strong clinical decision-making capabilities, and proficiency with PCS care planning systems.
Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Bradford, UK.
