What You Will Do

• Person-Centred Care: Ensure residents receive tailored personal care (bathing, dressing, oral care) that respects their preferences and promotes choice and independence.

• Review: Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure resident plans accurately reflect their evolving needs.

• Medication: Administer residents' medication safely, supportively, and compliantly.

• Social Activity: Lead and participate in trips out, social engagements, and daily activities within the home.

• Leadership: Support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and step up to lead the home when senior managers are unavailable.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification (or working towards it)

• Flexibility to work 48 hours per week, including alternate weekends
