Position: Housekeeper (Bank Role)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a flexible Housekeeper for their Housekeeping department.
This is a bank role operating on an "as and when required" basis, giving you the flexibility to supplement staffing levels during busy periods or provide essential cover during staff absences and annual leave. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant environment across patient, public, and employee areas.
Cleaning Operations: Undertake day-to-day cleaning duties across patient rooms, public spaces, and employee areas.
Environment Maintenance: Ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
Stock Management: Regularly replenish linen and general consumables.
Departmental Flexibility: Provide cover across all departments—including theatre areas—and occasionally at other Circle Health Group sites when required.
Documentation: Complete daily task sheets accurately and submit them to the Housekeeper Lead for auditing purposes.
Compliance: Fully comply with all relevant mandatory training and safety policies.
Education & Literacy: Competency in basic literacy and numeracy; Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C (or equivalent functional skills Level 2 evidence).
Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC use, including navigating software and computer systems.
