Develop and deliver personalized activity plans to encourage physical activity, creativity, and new hobbies among residents.
Collaborate with local community partners, staff, and families to organize meaningful events and interactive outings.
Maintain a fun, supportive, and stimulating environment while supporting individual resident goals and interests.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents and external groups.
