Location: Oakhill Secure Training Centre, Chalgrove Fld, Oakhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 6FU (Supporting Manston STHF & Western Jet Foil operations)
Salary: £25,000 to £27,550 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Working Pattern: Full-time (flexibility required for occasional evenings/weekends)

About the Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with DoctorPA Secure LTD to source a detail-driven Data Analyst and IT Support professional. Operating under their core CARE ethos (Compassionate, Assurance, Respectful, and Empowerment), DoctorPA Secure is expanding to provide comprehensive healthcare services in secure environments. In this dual-focused role, you will provide critical data performance analysis, reporting, and first-line IT support to drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless service delivery for clinical and non-clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and service improvement opportunities.
Produce precise reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track KPIs against Home Office, efficiency, and quality targets.
Ensure stringent data integrity and full compliance with GDPR, Caldicott principles, and internal governance frameworks.
Act as the primary point of contact for performance data queries, translating insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide first-line IT support, system training, and troubleshooting while managing IT asset registers and equipment inventories.
Oversee operational systems (such as SONAR), manage technical issues through to resolution, and monitor cybersecurity compliance and security incident reporting.
Person Specification & Requirements
Experience & Skills: Proven background in data collection, analysis, and reporting with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other advanced data analysis tools and database management.
Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Desirable Criteria: Prior experience in secure, operational, or public-sector environments; familiarity with performance management frameworks and operational audits.
Compliance: Subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
