Registered Nurse - Bank (Night)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Registered Nurse - Bank (Night) to join a dedicated care team in Coventry, UK. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care while supporting residents in maintaining their independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Working within a collaborative care environment, you will also contribute to maintaining excellent clinical standards and delivering compassionate care during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care and oversee the wellbeing of residents throughout each shift.

• Complete resident assessments and develop individualised care plans to meet changing clinical needs.

• Support and guide the wider care team while ensuring clinical standards and regulatory requirements are maintained.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration with the right to practise as a Registered Nurse.

• Previous nursing experience with strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
