About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Bank Care Assistants for casual, flexible placements in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
In this role, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive personalized, high-quality care and companionship. Every shift offers a varied and rewarding experience where your support directly enhances the day-to-day lives of older adults in care home settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility needs.
Following individual care plans and supporting residents with food, drink, and nutrition.
Spending meaningful one-to-one time with residents, offering warmth and companionship.
Providing flexible bank cover for annual leave, sickness, or peak operational periods across day or night shifts.
Contributing to a safe, positive, and vibrant atmosphere within the home.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a care home or similar setting.
Attributes: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature with a positive "can-do" approach.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and the compassion required to deliver high standards of person-centered care.
