Client Relationship Manager – Healthcare & Support Staffing

Salary Range: £38,750 - £40,590 (plus London Weighting, £3,344, if applicable) per annum

At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to develop and grow our portfolio of healthcare and support sector partnerships. You will engage with care providers, NHS trusts, local authorities, and sector leaders to maximize service delivery, workforce placement, and long-term community impact.
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of Supportive Bridge's most prestigious workforce supply initiatives, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and critical care environments. You’ll help to grow meaningful partnerships and ensure vulnerable individuals across the UK receive high-quality, reliable support when they need it most.

Build, steward, and grow relationships with care homes, healthcare facilities, local authorities, and corporate partners.
Lead the development and deployment of high-impact staffing frameworks, emergency cover solutions, and bespoke workforce contracts.
Work closely with internal compliance and recruitment teams to match top-tier support workers and nurses with client needs seamlessly.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through professional networks, industry introductions, and sector referrals.
Develop tailored service level agreements (SLAs) and stewardship plans that encourage repeat business, high retention, and long-term loyalty.
Manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously, including senior care managers, procurement leads, compliance officers, and field workers.
Monitor budgets, placement performance, and financial forecasts to ensure company targets and KPIs are achieved.
Manage a high-performing team of two recruitment and compliance coordinators, focused on relationship building and swift placement delivery.
Proven experience in B2B account management, business development, or healthcare recruitment with a track record of achieving ambitious targets.
Experience working within the healthcare, social care, or staffing sector, understanding compliance, safeguarding, and industry regulations.
Experience building relationships with influential stakeholders, including care directors, procurement managers, and senior healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging audiences both in person and online.
Strong financial literacy and the ability to manage contract margins, income pipelines, and performance reporting.
The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple senior stakeholders and competing deadlines.
