This is a zero-hours agency role, offering flexible shift-based work based on client requirements and your availability. You will be directly hired by Supportive Bridge Ltd and may be offered support work assignments with our clients.
Role
Provide person-centred support and assist with daily living.
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Support individuals with appointments and community activities.
Follow care plans, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records and work as part of a team.
Requirements
Caring, reliable, and responsible attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Previous care experience is desirable.
Right to work in the UK.
Flexibility to work shifts where required.
