Job Overview
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced care professional to join our team as a Registered Manager.
In this role, you will take responsibility for the CQC-regulated supported living services offered by Agincare Enable across the Wiltshire and Swindon areas. You will share overall operational oversight alongside our existing Registered Manager, directly line-manage your own staff team, and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of care.

What You Will Do
Delivering Outstanding Care: Ensure individuals receive personalised support that promotes independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion, with care plans reflecting their evolving needs.
Driving Quality & Compliance: Oversee CQC registration and ensure services meet regulatory and statutory standards, maintaining a safe and well-led service at all times.
Leading & Developing Teams: Provide day-to-day leadership, clear direction, and ongoing support to maintain high standards of care delivery and build a strong team.
Ensuring Accountability: Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints, driving continuous improvement alongside the Operations Manager.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a Registered Manager
Demonstrated experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or additional support needs
Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and CQC regulatory frameworks
Proven leadership, management, and team-recruitment skills
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making capabilities
A flexible approach to working hours to meet service needs
A valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
