Position Details
Location: Challoner House Care Home, 175 Winchester Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 2DU
Pay Rate: £24.86 per hour
Contract Type: Bank (Casual, part-time flexible working to cover annual leave and sick leave as needed)
Shifts: Days or Nights Available
About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, ensuring they receive the superior care they deserve. This role gives you the freedom and autonomy to make critical clinical decisions and do things the right way in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs.
Develop tailored care plans and handle the safe administration of medicines.
Make critical clinical judgements and maintain excellence across all duties.
About You
To join us as a Bank Registered Nurse, you will bring:
Registration: Current NMC registration as an RGN with strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
Experience: Proven ability to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Knowledge: Familiarity with key regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Personality: Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
