Multiple shifts available
Health and Wellbeing: You will provide support, companionship, conversation, and engagement with your clients.
Personal care: You will support your clients with bathing, dressing, and oral care.
Meals and domestic tasks: You will help the client to prepare and eat healthy meals, snacks, and beverages. You will assist in light cleaning tasks.
Mobility: You will support the client with moving around their home to enable them to live as independently as possible.
Social activities: You will encourage and support with trips out, social engagements, and activities in the client's home.
Medication: You will prompt, assist, or administer medications and creams.
Mentorship: As a senior care assistant, you will support new staff in their induction period and mentor them.
Spot checks: You will occasionally carry out spot checks and supervisions as directed by your Registered Manager.
