Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Ashley Park Care Home, The Street, West Clandon, Guildford, GU4 7SU
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (42 hours per week, Monday to Friday — combining 1.5 shifts on the floor with supernumerary management time)

We are partnering with Ashley Park (part of Bupa) to find a driven and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager for a permanent, full-time role. Working alongside another clinical deputy manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role overseeing nursing care, managing rotas, driving clinical best practices, and building strong relationships within our community.
Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care and clinical activities within the home, with approximately 1.5 shifts on the floor per week (18 hours) and the rest dedicated to supernumerary management time.
Creating, updating, and reviewing individual resident care plans and maintaining clear, accurate medication records.
Managing efficient rotas to ensure correct staffing levels are consistently maintained across the home.
Providing day-to-day clinical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to the nursing and care teams.
Building lasting, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and local healthcare partners to raise the home's profile.
A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
Up-to-date clinical knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
Natural leadership skills, excellent time-management abilities, and a proven track record of delegating effectively and mentoring teams.
