Lead Customer Service Administrator
Location: Sevenoaks Medical Centre
Hours: 40.00 hours per week
Shifts: Flexible hours between 07:30 and 20:30, Monday to Saturday
Salary: £33,571.43 per annum

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Customer Service Administrator to join the team at Sevenoaks Medical Centre, working closely with the General Manager to guide and inspire our administrative staff.

Provide day-to-day leadership and line management for the administrative team, including regular 1:1s, appraisals, and performance management.
Support team coordination by managing rotas to ensure appropriate administrative cover across operating hours.
Oversee the induction, training, and ongoing development of new team members.
Act as a visible, welcoming presence—managing telephone and face-to-face enquiries with confidence, courtesy, and professionalism for patients, visitors, and consultants.

Previous experience working in a healthcare or hospital administrative environment with a strong understanding of patient confidentiality and customer service.
Proven experience leading, supporting, or supervising a team, with the ability to motivate colleagues and maintain high standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
