The successful candidate will organise enjoyable programmes that promote independence, encourage participation and create memorable experiences while supporting residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging daily activities and wellbeing sessions for residents.

• Organise social events, outings and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests.

• Coordinate activity schedules while managing budgets and working with local community groups and performers.

Requirements

• A creative and enthusiastic approach with a genuine interest in supporting older people.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage activity planning and administration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
