• Salary: £25,458 per annum, pro rata (plus Inner London Weighting of £3,344 if applicable)

• Hours: 14 hours per week (Permanent)

In this role, you will help run a vibrant, customer-focused high street shop that acts as a welcoming window into the community. From managing the shop floor to coordinating backend operations, no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to foster an exceptional shopping environment and oversee a dedicated team of volunteers through their induction, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Experience: Partner with the Shop Manager to run a profitable, customer-focused store that delivers an outstanding retail experience.

• Team Leadership: Oversee, induct, manage, and develop a dedicated team of retail volunteers.

• Commercial Awareness: Apply a strong grasp of financial targets, performance metrics, and proven IT skills to daily store management.

• Flexible Support: Adapt flexibly to the scheduling and operational needs of the store environment.
