About the Role

Looking for an overnight role that fits your lifestyle? Through Bridge Staffing Agency, we are recruiting for a night shift Warehouse Operative at Bidfood's Reading RDC. While most people are asleep, you will be part of a dedicated team preparing and loading orders for depots across the country.

Please note: Experience operating a Reach Fork Lift Truck is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately pick customer orders using Q-Stock hand scanners.

• Loading & Storing: Organize, store, and load vehicles safely for next-day delivery.

• MHE Operations: Move stock safely using handling equipment, with Reach Fork Lift Truck operation being a core requirement.

• Overnight Coordination: Support colleagues to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and drivers leave on schedule.

What We Are Looking For

• Essential: Valid experience operating a Reach Fork Lift Truck.

• Work Ethic & Mindset: A positive attitude, high reliability, and strong attention to detail.

• Shift Flexibility: Comfort and reliability working Sunday to Thursday night shifts (22:30 – 07:00).

• Physical Fitness: Good physical fitness for an active, hands-on role involving regular movement and manual handling.
