Staff Nurse - Outpatients

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Outpatients Staff Nurse to join a leading private hospital in Leicester, UK. In this flexible bank role, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to patients across a wide variety of outpatient specialties, assisting with minor procedures, wound care, and clinic management.

Working alongside top consultant physicians and surgeons within state-of-the-art facilities, you will manage a diverse caseload while providing reassurance and exceptional support to patients and their families. This position is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse seeking flexible ad-hoc shifts, including evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist consultants and multidisciplinary clinical teams with outpatient assessments, diagnostic tests, and minor clinical procedures.

• Manage daily clinic schedules efficiently, maintaining accurate clinical documentation and strict infection control standards.

• Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care and clear communication to ensure positive outcomes and seamless continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

• Demonstrable post-registration clinical nursing experience, preferably within an outpatient or surgical care setting.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills with a flexible approach to shift rotations.
