About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will step in to provide cover during planned or unplanned staff absences (such as annual leave or sickness), delivering person-centred, dignified, and high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care & Support: Assist residents with daily living routines, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and mealtime support.

• Care Plan Execution: Follow tailored individual care plans and risk assessments to ensure resident safety, dignity, and independence.

• Companionship: Spend meaningful one-to-one time with residents, sharing positive moments and supporting emotional wellbeing.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior carers, nurses, and home staff to ensure a safe, comforting, and warm home environment.

About You

We are looking for warm-hearted, empathetic individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting older adults.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience caring for older people (in professional or personal settings).
