We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a flexible and expert Clinical Specialist – Pelvic Health (Bank) for the Physiotherapy Department at Huddersfield Private Hospital.
Conduct expert assessments and specialized treatments for patients presenting with pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pre/postnatal conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans encompassing internal assessments, biofeedback, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation.
Act as the clinical lead for pelvic health physiotherapy, ensuring high service quality, operational consistency, and strict alignment with best clinical practices.
Develop and implement specialized clinical pathways, patient education materials, and robust outcome measures.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary network, including urogynaecologists, colorectal surgeons, obstetricians, continence nurses, and other allied health professionals.
Provide specialist training, clinical supervision, and mentorship to physiotherapists, students, and wider healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in full accordance with HCPC, CSP, and organizational policies.
Supplement core staffing levels during busy operational periods and provide essential cover during staff absences or annual leave.
Registration: Current, valid HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
Experience: Extensive post-registration experience specializing in women’s, men’s, and pelvic health physiotherapy.
Qualifications: Recognized postgraduate training in pelvic health or continence physiotherapy.
Skills: Advanced clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment capabilities.
Competencies: Proven experience in service development, teaching, clinical supervision, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Competitive Hourly Rate: Up to £30.00 per hour.
