Pay Rate: Up to £15.53 per hour (plus higher weekend pay)
Contract Type: Bank (Flexible night shifts to suit your lifestyle)
About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find dedicated night care assistants for Edwardstow Court in Stow-on-the-Wold.
Working through the night, you will provide a reassuring, comforting presence for residents in this 48-bed care home. Whether you are assisting with personal care, supporting nighttime routines, or sharing a quiet moment of comfort, your kindness and professionalism will ensure residents feel safe, secure, and valued around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care through the night (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Maintain a safe, secure, and peaceful environment for residents while keeping wakeful watch.
Build genuine, caring relationships and ensure residents' dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive night team.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Open to both experienced night carers and those completely new to care who bring diverse life experience and a caring heart.
Attributes: Great communication skills, natural empathy, and a strong commitment to enriching the lives of older adults.
Readiness: A willingness to learn, complete comprehensive induction training, and build a rewarding career path with ongoing development.
