In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents throughout the night. Working alongside a compassionate team, you will help create a peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment while supporting individual needs with warmth and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents gently with night-time care routines, personal hygiene, and comfort.

• Assist in updating care plans to ensure personalized support and monitor health and wellbeing.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment while building reassuring, supportive relationships with residents.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organizational, and empathetic interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work night shift patterns on a full-time or part-time basis.

• Right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Reading, UK.
