Position: HGV Class 2 Driver (Commercial & Industrial Waste)
Location: Merebank Road, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 8AQ
Salary/Rate: £37,978.76 per annum + exceptional overtime rates (1.5x Monday – Saturday, 2x plus a day in lieu, or up to 3x pay)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 04:15 AM – 14:00 PM)

About the Role
We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit an enthusiastic HGV Class 2 Driver for their team in Avonmouth. Key Responsibilities
Driving & Operation: Safely drive and operate vehicles to collect industrial and commercial waste and recycling from various customer sites.
Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of professional customer service while working collaboratively as part of a hard-working, supportive team.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all customer and company health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
Working Pattern & Overtime: Contracted 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 04:15 AM start), with lucrative opportunities to earn enhanced overtime pay (1.5x, 2x plus lieu, or up to 3x pay).

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid LGV Class 2 (Category C) licence and an in-date Driver CPC card are essential.
Experience: Experience with RCV, RORO, Skip, or FEL operations and the waste industry is desirable, but not essential as full, comprehensive training will be provided.
Attitude & Skills: A passion for professional driving, good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
