Role Overview
We are seeking a caring and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant who has a passion for helping others and a knack for creating a clean, comfortable, and pristine living space. In this role, you will make a daily difference by ensuring our residents feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness throughout communal areas and resident bedrooms.
Perform tasks including vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing, and general upkeep.
Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and care teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain day-to-day housekeeping stock levels and report any maintenance or supply issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Prioritize resident comfort, safety, and happiness with every task completed.
Key Requirements / Qualifications
Pride in maintaining an organized, high-standard environment.
Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple requests while keeping residents' needs at the forefront.
A naturally caring, empathetic, and collaborative team player.
Previous cleaning or care environment experience is advantageous.
