As a People Administrator, you will manage a varied caseload across the complete employee lifecycle, handling joiner, mover, and leaver processes. By maintaining precise records across HR systems and managing sensitive data with strict confidentiality, you will contribute to high service standards and data integrity.
Manage and prioritize a diverse HR caseload, meeting established service level agreements and confidentiality standards.
Maintain employee records accurately across HR, payroll, and case management platforms while strictly adhering to GDPR rules.
Provide exceptional customer support to managers and colleagues, resolving queries efficiently and supporting continuous HR process improvements.
Prior administration experience, ideally gained within HR, payroll, or a shared services environment.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience using HR and case management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
