About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Floor Management: Take charge of the shop floor to maintain exceptional retail standards and keep customers happy.
Team Leadership: Lead, energize, coach, and support team members to help them perform at their absolute best.
Performance Driving: Monitor sales and KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to boost store results.
Operational Agility: Plan ahead, adapt quickly, and stay one step ahead of the fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
Leadership Style: A natural ability to motivate, inspire, and develop others.
