About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are excited to partner with B&M to help you secure a rewarding leadership role as a Replenishment Manager in Barrow-in-Furness. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will take complete ownership of stock flow, inventory management, and replenishment across the store, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and ready for our customers every single day.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Ownership: Drive availability and productivity targets while overseeing stock flow from deliveries straight to the shop floor.
Team Leadership: Lead, organize, and motivate your team to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
Store Presentation: Keep the shop floor well-stocked, tidy, and easy for customers to navigate.
Operational Planning: Anticipate and react quickly to changing stock levels and demands.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven leadership background in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics settings.
Expertise: A solid grasp of stock control, delivery procedures, and replenishment processes.
Work Ethic: A hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach with the ability to maintain a fast pace.
