As a Night Care Assistant at Snowdrop Place, you will help residents feel safe, secure, and supported through the night hours, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. You’ll assist with evening and night routines, provide gentle reassurance and companionship, and help maintain a peaceful environment.

Every shift is varied and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with their night-time needs and overall comfort.

• Following personalized care plans.

• Delivering dedicated one-to-one time and support when it matters most.
