Recruitment Marketing Coordinator
Location: Solihull, West Midlands, United Kingdom (Hybrid - attached to our Solihull Head Office)
Category: Corporate Operations and ICT
Job ID: 312061
Job Type: Full Time / Regular
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus great benefits
At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we bridge the gap between exceptional talent and dynamic organizations. We pride ourselves on building strong connections, delivering high-impact recruitment solutions, and driving a culture built on trust, innovation, and community impact.
We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join our busy, close-knit Recruitment Marketing team. Working closely with our Recruitment Marketing Manager, you'll help coordinate and deliver a wide range of recruitment marketing activities that keep our pipelines moving and our brand shining.
Keeping things organized and running smoothly is a big part of this role. You will manage campaign trackers, coordinate recruitment events, support media bookings, pull together key reports, and make sure deadlines, actions, and details never get missed.
You’ll also have the opportunity to dive into the creative side of recruitment marketing:
Campaign Tracking: Update trackers as activity and priorities evolve, providing weekly progress and action updates.
Recruitment Events: Support planning and logistics for careers and recruitment events, managing branded merchandise and action items.
Reporting & Data: Produce regular social media analytics and pull together ad-hoc reports on recruitment activity and application data.
Research & Employee Stories: Conduct market and internal research to highlight employee testimonials and stories.
Social Media & Community: Help create, schedule, and publish social content, and manage engagement and employer review responses.
Creative Content: Design social assets and recruitment flyers using tools like Canva, with plenty of room to bring your own ideas.
Careers Site: Keep content fresh, accurate, and up to date.
Media Activity: Support media bookings and collaborate with external suppliers.
Continuous Improvement: Look for smarter ways to organize and deliver our marketing efforts.
You are someone who loves being organized, takes pride in getting things right, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
What you will bring:
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss.
Confidence using Excel (trackers, data organization) and PowerPoint (clear, professional presentations).
Good written communication skills and comfort using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or CoPilot) to streamline workflows.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
An interest in social media, digital marketing, and creative content creation (Canva experience is a plus!).
Reliability, resilience, and a practical approach to juggling routine admin with creative tasks.
(Previous experience in marketing, communications, or recruitment coordination is welcome, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!)
Broad Exposure: Gain hands-on experience across campaigns, social media, digital content, events, reporting, and careers site management rather than being siloed in one area.
Growth Potential: We give you the support, visibility, and responsibility to build a long-term career in recruitment marketing.
Make an Impact: As part of a small, dynamic team, your contributions will be seen, valued, and directly impactful.
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
Annual leave purchase scheme
Up to 6% contributory pension scheme
Exclusive employee discounts (shopping, leisure, mobile plans, and more)
Comprehensive health and wellbeing support (Employee Assistance Programme, Health Cash Plans, free flu jabs, and more)
A supportive, diverse, and inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunities
