Shift Pattern: Nights (20:00 – 08:00 with rotational weekends)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality, person-centred care and support during night shifts. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise overnight staff and support clinical operations to ensure residents remain safe, dignified, and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, inspire, and support a team of dedicated Night Care Assistants.
Assist the clinical team in specialized areas, including medication administration, assessments, care planning, and reviews.
Ensure individual resident care plans and preferences are strictly respected and executed throughout the night.
Carry out regular checks and manage overnight care requirements efficiently.
Maintain a warm, welcoming, and reassuring atmosphere for all residents.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a warm-hearted, compassionate senior carer with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of elderly clinical care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific knowledge and hands-on experience in clinical care for the elderly.
Proven supervisory or team leading skills in a care home environment.
High level of empathy, clear communication skills, and attention to detail.
