About the Role

As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help create a stimulating, fun, and motivational environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Program Delivery: Assisting in the delivery of a diverse entertainment and activities schedule covering pastimes, social events, and outings.

• Personalised Engagement: Ensuring residents can pursue the interests they most enjoy and helping them maintain independence.

• Community Connection: Enhancing resident involvement with friends, families, and the wider local community.

About You

No specific prior experience is required—you can come from any background! We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
