Location: Poole, United Kingdom (Chalgrove Care Home, Westbourne, Poole BH13 6JF)
Salary: £13.46 per hour
Contract Type: Full Time (36-hour night contract, including alternate weekends)

What You Will Do (Night Senior Care Assistant)
Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care during night shifts.
Support residents with personal care while preserving their dignity and independence.
Administer medication safely and accurately.
Contribute to and review care plans.
Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.

What We Are Looking For
Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3).
A caring, confident team player with strong leadership qualities.
A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
