Experience: A strong background within professional kitchens and an understanding of how to run kitchen operations smoothly
Dietary Knowledge: Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary needs is highly desirable
Flexibility: As a bank role, you must have the flexibility to work day and weekend shifts as and when required
Menu Planning: Collaborating with the home manager and resident requests to develop exciting menu ideas. You will also get to showcase your creativity during themed days and special events!
Understanding Dietary Needs: Working closely with the wider care team to ensure resident-specific nutritional and dietary needs are met, including modified food textures and allergy management.
Kitchen Management: Acting as the main point of contact for the kitchen, taking responsibility for day-to-day stock management, and upholding the highest hygiene standards.
