Competitive Pay: From £14.50 per hour up to £15.50 per hour if you hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare + additional rates for overnight shifts

Personal Attributes: Patience, resilience, emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset.
Qualifications: Hold or be committed to completing an NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Residential Childcare.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and participate in a sleep-in rota (averaging 4 sleep-ins per month).
Driving Licence: Desirable, but not essential.
Compliance: This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is subject to an enhanced DBS check and comprehensive safer recruitment vetting.
