About the Role
We are recruiting flexible Regional Bank Nurses (RMN or RNLD) on behalf of Elysium Healthcare to support across three exceptional sites: Wellesley Hospital in Wellington, Pinhoe View in Exeter, and The Woodmill in Cullompton.
In this dynamic bank role, you will enjoy total control over your schedule via an easy-to-use booking app, choosing the 12.5-hour weekday, night, or weekend shifts that suit you best. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to men and women with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, or autism, helping them along their unique recovery pathways while working alongside strong, supportive multidisciplinary teams.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) with a current, active NMC registration.
Experience: Previous professional nursing experience gained within the NHS or private healthcare sector.
Attributes: High self-motivation, strong team-working skills, a flexible and positive approach, a natural compassion for vulnerable adults, and a good sense of humour.
Proximity & Availability: Willingness to pick up shifts across our regional Somerset/Devon locations (Wellington, Exeter, and Cullompton).
