Salary: £31,689 - £37,932 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

We are seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at Sky Vale School in Redhill, Bristol—a beautiful, purpose-built school set in the heart of the Mendips catering for children and young people aged 6 to 18.
In this varied and exciting role, you will provide bespoke therapeutic educational frameworks tailor-made for each student. Working within a trauma-informed practice model backed by our Attachment and Trauma Sensitive School Award, you will help vulnerable young people who may have experienced disrupted care build trust, stability, and a genuine passion for learning.
Deliver engaging, child-centred primary education tailored to the bespoke needs of each pupil aged 6–18.
Follow a flexible structure, utilizing therapeutic educational frameworks to support children both inside the classroom and within the community.
Work within a trauma-informed practice model, collaborating closely with clinical and residential colleagues to support emotional regulation and wellbeing.
Receive specialized training in Pro-active Approaches techniques and contribute to a developing, growing school community.
Maintain clear records, communicate effectively with families and multi-agency professionals, and champion student advocacy.
Essential Qualifications: NQT or QTS registration and the Right to Work in the UK.
Essential Requirements: A valid UK driving licence (essential for this role).
Good written, verbal, and IT communication skills, with a patient, active-listening approach.
