• Proven experience leading, developing, and inspiring a team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.

• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to handle tricky conversations and delegate effectively.

• A metric-driven mindset with the ability to monitor, manage, and elevate key performance indicators (KPIs).
