Salary: £14.89 - £18.35 per hour | 40-Hour Contract

The Role
As a Chef Manager, you will take charge of the kitchen environment, using your flair for cooking to create varied, nutritious menus tailored to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. You will lead by example, mentoring your team to deliver an exceptional dining experience at every meal and ensuring our residents feel truly at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Use your passion for cooking and fresh food experience to craft delicious, tailored menus.
Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team to maintain high culinary and hygiene standards.
Manage all mandatory paperwork, including COSHH, HACCP guidelines, company policies, kitchen budgets, orders, and deliveries.
Cater for special events and seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, birthday celebrations, and Christmas parties.
Engage directly with residents, sharing your love of food and ensuring mealtimes are a joyful, social experience.
What We Are Looking For
A genuine passion for cooking with previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen.
Relevant food hygiene certificates.
Natural leadership qualities with an innovative, open-minded approach to food preparation.
A supportive, mentoring nature who enjoys collaborating with others and connecting warmly with care home residents.
