Advertising Rate: £26.00 – £31.00 per hour (Full-time annual salary equivalent: £47,646 for Days up to £57,562 for Nights, plus opportunities for paid overtime)
Hours: Permanent full-time agency positions, working an 8–12 hour rotating shift pattern on a structured two-week rota across days and nights

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find exceptional clinical professionals for individuals with complex needs. We are currently seeking dedicated Rapid Response Nurses to join our complex care team, supporting adults and children across West and Mid Kent.
In this role, you will provide crucial clinical support in clients' homes when their regular team members are unavailable, ensuring absolute continuity of care and clinical excellence.
Responsive Clinical Delivery: Deliver high-quality complex care and last-minute cover in clients' homes, ensuring clinical safety and continuity.
Specialist Interventions: Support adults and children living with life-limiting conditions—including congenital, degenerative, spinal, and acquired brain injuries—requiring interventions such as tracheostomies, ventilation, gastrostomy/enteral feeding, bowel management, and seizure protocols.
Team Mentorship & Induction: Assist with the training, induction, and on-shift guidance of Healthcare Assistants and fellow nurses, walking them through care plans and clinical tasks.
Advocacy & Safeguarding: Act as a robust client advocate, maintaining stringent compliance with safeguarding procedures, company policies, and meticulous documentation standards.
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
A strong professional background in complex care and community settings.
Clear communication skills and the ability to fit seamlessly into diverse family home environments.
Comfort supporting both adult and pediatric clients, with no pet allergies (as many clients have pets!).
A valid driving license and willingness to travel across West and Mid Kent.
