About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a dedicated and professional Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for Tixover House Care Home.
In this flexible, casual role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. You will create a safe, supportive environment while utilizing your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. From developing tailored care plans to administering medication safely, you will have the autonomy and freedom to practice the right way, supported by a team that values and respects your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive clinical care covering residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
Develop tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administer medication safely and oversee clinical procedures with precision.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Provide flexible cover for planned and unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sick leave).
About You
Hold a current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices and standards.
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and clinical risk assessments.
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
