About the Role
As a Permanent Registered Nurse (RGN) at Wingfield Care Home, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to ensure they receive exceptional care. Relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, your responsibilities will include:
Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
Developing tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administering medication safely and maintaining high clinical standards across all tasks.
Enjoying professional freedom and autonomy to practice the right way while being truly valued for your expertise.
About You
We are looking for dedicated, compassionate professionals who pride themselves on a person-centred approach. To join us, you will need:
Current NMC registration.
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
