About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant working through our supportive bridge staffing agency, you will help residents enjoy every single day by providing the quality care and compassion they deserve. This is a casual, flexible role designed to fit around your lifestyle while providing vital cover for annual leave or sick leave.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Daily Living Support: Assisting residents with daily routines, food and drink, and following individual care plans.
Companionship & Connection: Providing meaningful one-to-one time, sharing great moments, and creating warm, happy memories.
Promoting Independence: Respecting each resident's dignity, choices, and personal preferences while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted individuals who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of older people.
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people is essential.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, a positive "can-do" approach, and natural empathy.
