Regional Swim Lead
About this role
As the Regional Swim Lead, you will act as the operational and strategic lead for swim programs across your region. You will work directly with site leadership teams to manage budgets, analyze performance data, implement innovative lesson formats, and train swim staff, ensuring safe, high-quality, and profitable aquatic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multi-site swim operations, driving revenue growth, optimizing pool scheduling, and managing regional swim budgets.
Coach, support, and develop site-level swim staff and instructors to ensure consistent, high-quality lesson delivery.
Enforce safety protocols, safeguarding standards, and risk management guidelines across all regional wet-side facilities.
Requirements
Proven multi-site management or leadership experience within a swim, leisure, or aquatic environment.
Strong commercial acumen with background in budget management, resource optimization, and data analysis.
Comprehensive knowledge of swim program delivery, aquatic safety standards, and safeguarding regulations.
