Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist care designed to support women with diagnoses of emerging or personality disorders, as well as men with complex mental health needs and forensic pathways. What You Will Be Doing
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy (OT) assessments for service users.
Plan, review, and facilitate evidence-based group and individual OT treatment programs under supervision.
Build strong, supportive one-to-one rapports with service users to empower their recovery and rehabilitation journey.
Identify and action referrals both in-house (supporting clinical staff) and to external agencies.
Support the planning, evaluation, and audit of practices, clinical pathways, and protocols across the hospital.
Maintain accurate, contemporaneous written and electronic records in line with professional standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications
A recognized Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active UK HCPC registration (or application in progress).
Evidence of the ability to research, plan, implement, and evaluate a project for specific groups.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative, patient-focused, and enthusiastic attitude.
