Location: Warrington Distribution Depot (Operating a fleet of 48 vehicles across 53 routes serving regional convenience retailers and forecourts)
Pay Rate: £13.60 to £17.00 per hour (Includes an additional £1.15 per hour for any hours worked between 10pm and 6am)
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday with a rolling rest day (4:00 AM start time; no Sunday work; routes planned between 8 to 12 hours)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their combination with Bakkavor) to find dedicated logistics and driving talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
At their Warrington distribution depot, we are currently seeking a customer-focused and reliable Van Driver for the morning shift to help deliver fresh, high-quality food to stores nationwide as part of their 3.5 million annual deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Workload: Complete between 20 to 30 drops per day on routes planned between 8 to 12 hours long, ensuring fresh stock reaches convenience retailers and forecourts safely and on time.
Work Schedule: Work 5 days per week, including mandatory Saturdays, with a rolling rest day and no Sunday work.
Training & Progression: Complete thorough on-the-job training (starting paired up with another team member) with great opportunities for career development.
What We Are Looking For
People Skills: Being great with people is essential—this is the primary trait Greencore looks for in drivers.
Licence Requirements: A full UK driving licence held for at least six months with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
